Mindful Yoga

Service Description

This class focuses on mindfulness throughout each pose which gives the body time to heal. By giving yourself the opportunity to be mindful of your body, breath and each pose, you will learn to move through a series of poses in a very safe and effective format by staying mindful within your practice. People of all yoga levels are welcome to join, as each pose is easily altered to each individuals ability. This class will help promote a sense of well being and rejuvenation.
